The glass house in Manhattan is now selling for a whopping $100.3 million, according to a new report.
The house in question, located in a building formerly occupied by the former McDonald’s Corp., was the subject of a major bidding war that was triggered when the house was acquired by the Trump Organization in July 2018.
The price tag of the new building was announced by the firm earlier this week, though the real estate broker, CBRE, has not yet provided any further details on the sale price.
But while it’s not clear what exactly made the house the subject to such a bidding war, the house has been a favorite of some of the country’s most successful and prominent real estate developers.
The first thing you’ll notice is the location, which sits across the street from a former McDonalds.
It sits next to the Trump International Hotel & Tower, which has hosted several big events in the city, and the Trump Plaza Hotel & Towers, which was the site of the historic Mayfair Hotel.
The property was also the subject in the past of a series of celebrity and philanthropic projects.
One of the most notable of these was the $2.6 billion Trump Tower.
Trump announced plans to build a luxury condo tower in the area, which would be located in the heart of the Manhattan boroughs historic district.
The second thing you notice is that the exterior walls are built of wood and are covered with glass.
The building is one of the few buildings in the world that actually has glass floors, which are not available in most residential buildings in this country.
